Wings Jewellery Return and Exchange Policy
Kindly email us on firstname.lastname@example.org before any returns and please make sure you contact and provide us with your order information and the reason for your return or exchange. Return and exchange are acceptable within 7 days from the day you receive your order.
Products purchased from wings jewellery are able to exchange and return with a serious reason such as damage, faulty items, broken, scratches. We apologise to return, exchange or cancelation of any products that have been personally customised as we engrave the order immediately after submitted.
Please note that items must be completely returned to wings jewellery with their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received them to the address below:

Please note that if you don’t follow our return and exchange policy, you may not receive the expected amount of refund. If your return is accepted the refund will credit in bank or PayPal account that you used when purchased the item within 3 days. We do not accept any refunds due to wrong sizes since we have a size guide clarification but we do accept exchanges with charging a shipping cost.
